Our Objective

Monitor key services such as but not limited to virus scanning, data backup, and security intrusions.

Provide call center support with access to ral time phone support to handle all client issues.

Apply periodic security patch updates remotely for the operating systems.

On-site IT service if the client requires it or if the issue cannot be handled remotely.

Provide emergency repair services and maintenance without disrupting normal business operations.

Troubleshoot problems iwth vendors and maintenance of software from the application providers.
